Tamango Lake Lodge is nestled in the Cerro Castillo National Reserve area, with breathtaking views of the Andes and Tamango Lake out every window. Local flavor hits you as you travel from the Balmaceda airport to the entrance of Tamango Lake Lodge. When you reach the top of the hill and look between the two lakes and catch a glimpse of Tamango Lake Lodge, you understand what we mean by nestled in where the mountains meet the water. On the deck sipping a homemade Pisco Sour watching trout rise below you, while Chef is preparing your dinner over the wood fired stove, all your senses are immediately introduced to the real Patagonia experience. Three lodge rooms each have a fire place, two queen sized beds and private baths makes the remote lodge feel like your home away from home. Breakfast, dinner and cocktails will be prepared by our local chef and served Chilean style in the main lodge. Thursday night a traditional Asado Patagon (barbeque) meal is served. Paired with the finest selection of Chilean wines, all meals are as special as the adventures!
